Quality Policy
ENRIEL, S.L., a company of Industrial and Naval Supplies, with the intention of offering the highest quality service to its customers, has decided to go a step further in this line, developing a Quality Assurance System based on the International Standard UNE-EN-ISO 9001:2015, after a process of adaptation with respect to the previous standard (UNE-EN-ISO 9001:2008).
ENRIEL, S.L., in order to improve its quality system, commits itself to follow the points described below:
To have a perfectly organized, identified and clean warehouse so that the products meet the expectations of our customers, in addition to having an accurate control of our stocks.
To offer a high quality service to our customers, which meets the specified requirements, so that we can meet our main objective of being the leading industrial supplies company in Vigo, standing out for giving an adequate and agile response subject to our commitments to our customers.
Establish annual objectives that cause a Continuous Improvement in the development of the work, making an exhaustive follow-up of the same.
Improve the technical training of the company’s personnel for better customer service. This training will be provided by the company itself or by an outside company.
Dissemination among all the components of the company of the rules to be complied with for the correct operation of our quality system and organization.
Commitment to continuously improve the effectiveness of the quality management system.
All this with a clear commitment on the part of the Management to put all the necessary means for the achievement of the mentioned actions, as well as the diffusion among all the members of the staff, of this Quality Policy, which will be reviewed periodically for its continuous adaptation.
We must all collaborate and strive to ensure that this Quality System is fulfilled and thus achieve the proposed objectives, achieving the satisfaction of our customers and an improvement in the internal efficiency of the company.
