Enriel receives support from the Xunta de Galicia and IGAPE to develop a Conversational Artificial Intelligence System for the industrial sector

Enriel S.L. has been awarded funding under the IG408M-IA360 grant scheme, promoted by the Galician Institute for Economic Promotion (IGAPE) and the Galician Regional Government, aimed at fostering business innovation through the experimental development and application of artificial intelligence within the Galician industrial sector.

The approved project, entitled “Conversational AI System for the Industrial Sector” (File No.: IG408M-2026-000-000198), aims to integrate advanced AI solutions to optimise operations, the retrieval of technical data sheets and technical support for our customers in the lubricants sector and related industries.

With this initiative, we are taking a significant step forward in the digitalisation of our processes, bringing greater agility and added value to the region’s industrial supply chain.

This project is funded from the Autonomous Community of Galicia’s own resources.
